Before calling Craig Kossman, The insurance company had sent us a letter to replace our roof or they will drop our coverage. I received Craig’s name and contact information from a contractor. I gave Craig a call and received a prompt response. Craig was extremely helpful, friendly and informative through the whole process. I would recommend Craig to anyone needing an adjuster.

Bryan Henderson did a wonderful job for us. We hired him after our insurance company began stonewalling us about a very legitimate slab leak that damaged our wood flooring. He was pleasant to work with, and had a lot of knowledge about dealing with insurance companies. He did extensive documentation of our loss, and referred us to an attorney when the insurance company did not work with him. Ultimately we were successful in finally receiving a settlement that covered our loss, which would never have happened without Bryan.
